Chronology:
October 2001: Clan idea created on the
Overclockers Forums from a small group of people. OCS became the first gaming clan affiliated to
www.Overclockers.com. The first members included Legionairre, Fighting Piper (our first server host), MW521, Whooping a Panda, R0bb23 and WyrmMaster. Picked up a few members along the way (I joined in November), MW521 started to rent a dedicated server setup, and the clan signed up for IGL for match play. First forums were set up on ezboards.
April 2002: Legionnaire was relieved of his leadership position from lack of committment and the clan's distaste for single person leadership. First forums deleted by Legion. R0bb23 and Voodoo Rufus set up the new ezboards forum.
June 2002: Icarus Falling's first forums created, transition from ezboard to here.
April 2003: OCS joins OGL 5v5 Open ladder.
September 2004: OCS signs up for CAL-0.
January 2005: OCS switches server to Counter Strike: Source, which is now based in Texas.
February 2005: OCS joins OGL 3v3 CS:Source ladder.
